Effective July 13, 2026
Pilot Website Terms
These terms apply to the AccessRide website, provider interest process, provider application, pilot demonstrations, training, assessments, commercial discussions, and voluntary support contributions.
Pilot status
AccessRide is developing a healthcare-mobility provider network. Public marketplace screens may contain clearly labeled sample opportunities and demonstration data. They are not live ride offers or quotes unless AccessRide expressly identifies them as such.
No emergency, medical, or transportation guarantee
AccessRide is not an emergency service or medical provider. Call 911 for emergencies. The website does not guarantee transportation, patient referrals, provider approval, earnings, ride volume, territory, contracts, credential recognition, or continued access.
Applications and approval
Submitting an inquiry or application does not create employment, contractor status, a partnership, or approval. Applicants must provide accurate information and complete the reviews applicable to their role. AccessRide may request additional information, deny, suspend, or revoke participation based on readiness, safety, trust, legal, or operational considerations.
Provider responsibility
Providers remain responsible for their own licenses, registrations, insurance, vehicles, personnel, qualifications, taxes, legal compliance, and safe performance. Training completion, self-attestation, assessment payment, or a platform status does not replace any legally required credential or independent professional certification.
Commercial terms and outside costs
AccessRide reviews scope before providing commercial terms. Provider applications remain free. Any applicable service, onboarding, Academy, assessment, processing, screening, tax, government, or third-party costs will be identified in writing before payment is requested. Providers remain responsible for their own service rates unless a written agreement states otherwise. Payment or participation does not guarantee approval, matching, referrals, work, earnings, or a Trust Badge. Email partners@joinaccessride.com for current details.
Language and Academy records
AccessRide Academy completions and AccessRide language assessments are platform records unless expressly stated otherwise. They must not be represented as government licenses, national certifications, or universally accepted credentials.
Voluntary support contributions
AccessRide is currently an early-stage for-profit business. Support payments are voluntary, non-tax-deductible contributions. They do not purchase equity, repayment, profit participation, provider approval, rides, goods, services, or financial returns. Investment and provider-payment arrangements require separate written terms. Do not use the voluntary support channel to pay provider, assessment, membership, or service fees. Contributors are responsible for confirming the Venmo business username before sending funds.
Intellectual property status
AccessRide is organizing trademark and other legal protections for its name, branding, original content, designs, workflows, and platform materials. The website does not claim that a federal or state trademark registration has been issued unless a specific registration is identified. Viewing the site does not grant permission to copy AccessRide materials or claim affiliation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person’s information without authority, upload malicious content, scrape protected information, impersonate an approved provider, or make misleading claims about AccessRide status.
Content and changes
AccessRide owns or licenses its website content, branding, and platform materials. Pilot features and terms may change as the service develops. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Contact and legal review
Questions may be sent to admin@joinaccessride.com. These pilot terms are an operational launch draft, not legal advice, and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid marketplace operations or patient ride coordination begins.
