Can I book a ride right now?
You can submit a ride request for private review and follow-up. A request does not confirm a ride, availability, or pricing. Live ride booking and paid transportation through AccessRide are not active. Use Request a ride in the menu to start.
Where is AccessRide starting?
Our initial pilot focus is Central Texas. The Coverage page shows provider-reported service areas. A listed city or provider does not guarantee availability; every route, transportation need, and trip requires review and confirmation.
How can a transportation provider join?
Start with the provider interest form. We will review your organization, service area, capabilities, and next onboarding steps. Applying or submitting documents does not automatically grant approval.
How can a clinic or healthcare organization participate?
Use the clinic partnership form or contact us to discuss your transportation needs, service area, and pilot scope. Please share business information only; do not include patient details.
Are the demos connected to real rides or drivers?
No. Requests, quotes, assignments, vehicle movement, and arrival estimates are simulated. Street maps show real geography, but no ride is booked, payment collected, or real driver location tracked.
What does a provider’s listing or badge mean?
The network page shows each participant’s current onboarding or review status. Receiving documents is different from completing verification. A listing is not a guarantee of availability or approval for live trips.
Are prices final, and does AccessRide bill insurance?
Fleet membership is planned at $299 per month. Clinic subscriptions require a written quote, and marketplace rides will use agreed per-mile pricing. Subscriptions and payouts are not active. Demo amounts are fictional examples. Final pricing and payment responsibility must be confirmed in writing. AccessRide does not currently bill insurance or guarantee Medicare, Medicaid, or other coverage.
What should I include when I contact you?
Share your name, organization if applicable, general location, reason for contacting us, and a callback number. Do not send patient records, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, background-check reports, or identification documents by ordinary email or text.
Is this an emergency or urgent dispatch line?
No. This number is for AccessRide business and pilot inquiries. It is not an emergency service or a live dispatch line. Call 911 for emergencies.
